最壞打算

在美國工作，到了要開會制定新計劃，常常聽到有人提出 “In the worst-case scenario”，意思是，最壞的情況或最壞打算。計劃永遠都趕不上變化，所以都要考慮發生狀況時的應付方案。

• In the worst-case scenario, the company has to recall all of its products = 在最壞的情況下，公司要撤回所有貨品。

另外，常常在會議上聽到的是Plan B/Backup Plan，即B計劃或後備方案。不怕一萬，最怕萬一。公司要有一個後備計劃來應急。

• What’s our plan b if the construction of our new site delays? = 如果新工地建築延誤，我們的B計劃是什麼？
